Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! Every item we make is crafted with care, many are custom 3D printed or laser engraved just for you, so we do our best to make sure your order arrives exactly how you expect it.

If something isn’t right, don’t worry! We’ll help make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are made to order or personalized, we’re only able to accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please double-check names, spellings, and design choices before placing your order, custom work starts quickly after purchase!


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives with an issue, send us an email at sales@dimensionsgifts.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A few clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your message, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
